India of Inchinnan is a unique Category A listed building in Inchinnan, Renfrewshire, Scotland.

Now used as an office environment, the property is in the Art Deco style and was designed in 1930 by Thomas Wallis, Gilbert and Partners – the style is similar to their Hoover building in Perivale, London.

We at Calma Group are exceptionally proud to have been the main contractor on this full render and internal refurbishment project, to bring a previously unused area of the property back to life.

We completed a full render of the building – and due to the historic importance of the site, we worked closely with Historic Scotland to make sure we treated the building with the care it deserves.

This project also included the refurbishment of the previously vacant 2nd-floor attic. We brought life to this space which had been left unused for 5 years, opening up room for 40 new staff members.

We were delighted that the client – Verint Systems Ltd – was pleased with the finish and quality of the work completed by our team here at Calma Group and are proud of the great relationship we’ve been able to build with one of the leading software companies in the world.
